HSE Policy
We firmly believe that all losses of people, property and environment stem from management failure are preventable. Excellent HSE performance constitutes one of the main bases of our business success.  We cultivate a team-oriented working environment and mutual consideration, and build up innovative mechanisms, ensuring cooperation, communication and professionalism to enhance our HSE performance. Every CPPS employee is responsible for HSE at all times, in all circumstances and with regard to all clients. We emphasize on connecting people and continuous improvement principles and maintain HSE as a line of responsibility. We pursue the goal of no injury, no property damage and no environmental pollution.
 
The management of the CPPS is committed to provide:
Setting HSE performance targets annually.
Complying with all applicable HSE laws, regulations, standards and other requirements.
Providing adequate resources to implement the policy.
Communicating openly with our employees, clients, contractors and business partners on the safe and environmentally responsible use of our services.
Integrating HSE risk management, including identification, assessment, control and recovery, into our day-to-day business procedures and operation processes. 
Motivating all employees to enhance their individual contributions to our HSE performance.
Continuously improving our HSE performance.
This policy shall be reviewed and updated regularly to ensure ongoing suitability.
Quality Assurance
CPPS draws on quality management along with technical knowledge to meet and exceed our clients requirements and expectations.

Empowerment to STOP Policy
We, China Private Petroleum Service Co., Limited (CPPS) clearly understand that unsafe actions and conditions are the fundmental reasons which cause accident. We are proud of the fact that we do have a policy of empowering any of our employees to STOP work if it is unsafe. So on many occasions empowerment has been exercised in our workplace; unfortunately there are also some occasions when this empowerment has not been exercised. For the sake of protecting our employees and improving our HSE performance, I would like to reiterate that it is totally within your right to STOP work if it is unsafe and not to resume work until you believe it is safe to do so. I give you my personal undertaking that nobody within the company will reprimand or penalize you for exercising the EMPOWERMENT TO STOP work if it is unsafe, and I believe you can properly use the empowerment and deal with such occasions in a better way.
 
Please exercise this EMPOWERMENT in anywhere, for the safety of your own, for the safety of others, for the safety of our equipments, and for the safety of our reputation and our environment.
